My settlement hasn't arrived

Different payment methods settle at different speeds. Here's what's normal and what isn't.

Expected timing

• Inter-Boldswitch transfers: instant, sub-second in most cases.
• Bank transfers: usually settle to your wallet in under a minute.
• Card-link payments: settle to your wallet immediately for the customer flow. The underlying card processor takes 24 to 48 hours to release funds to us, but you can collect from your wallet right away.

If a settlement is late

1. Check the transaction status in your activity feed, completed means the funds are in your wallet.
2. If you link a bank account for daily settlements, allow for the bank's own processing time.
3. Look at status.boldswitch.ng for any bank-rail or processor incident.

Tip: Money in your wallet is yours to use straight away, even if the card processor hasn't finished releasing the underlying funds to us.
