I've reached my account limit

If transactions are being blocked, you may have hit your tier limit. Here's how to lift it.

Know your limits

Tier	Daily collections	Wallet ceiling
Tier 1 (BVN + NIN)	up to ₦200,000	up to ₦500,000
Tier 2 (+ CAC + address)	up to ₦5,000,000	up to ₦20,000,000

Enterprise customers can request fully custom limits.

Lift your limit

1. Open Settings, then Verification, then Business Documents.
2. Upload your CAC certificate of incorporation, your TIN if you have one, and a proof of address (under 3 months old).
3. We review, usually within one working day, and upgrade you to Tier 2.

Need even higher limits?

Enterprise customers can request custom limits. Contact sales for a quote.

Tip: Daily limits reset each day. If you've simply hit today's cap, the rest clears tomorrow, verifying to Tier 2 raises the cap for good.
