How to add your address and upload your ID

Adding your address and uploading a valid ID are part of completing your KYC.

Add your address

1. Go to Profile then Verification and select the Address step.
2. Enter your current residential address accurately.
3. Submit.

Use the address where you actually live — it should be consistent across your details.

Upload your ID

You can use one of the following:

• NIN (National Identification Number) slip
• National ID card
• Driver's license

1. Select the ID document step.
2. Choose your document type.
3. Capture or upload a clear, full image of the document.
4. Submit.

Tips for a clean upload

• Make sure all four corners are visible and nothing is cut off.
• Avoid glare and blur — capture in good lighting.
• The name on your ID should match your profile and BVN.

Tip: Documents that are expired, edited or partly hidden will be rejected. Use the original, valid document.
