Change your PIN or passcode

Your 6-digit PIN secures sign-in and approvals. Here's how to change it.

Reset your PIN

1. Open Settings, then Security.
2. Tap Reset PIN.
3. Enter the one-time code we send to your registered phone number.
4. Complete a biometric (face or fingerprint) check.
5. Set a new 6-digit PIN.

The whole flow takes under a minute.

Choose a strong PIN

• Avoid simple sequences like 123456 or 111222.
• Don't use your date of birth or anything a customer could guess.
• Don't reuse a PIN you use elsewhere.

Tip: If you can't receive the OTP, your phone number may have changed. Email support@boldswitch.ng from your registered email so we can help verify you.
