A payment request is a hosted checkout link you can send anywhere your customer is. They pay from any bank or wallet, and the money lands in your balance.
Send a payment link
- Tap Take Payment, then Hosted Link.
- Enter the amount and an optional reference, such as an invoice number or customer name.
- Boldswitch generates a branded checkout link.
- Copy it and send by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any chat app.
- The customer opens the link and pays by card or transfer.
The money lands in your balance immediately. The link expires after 24 hours by default, and this is configurable.
Tip: Add a clear reference so payments are easy to match to orders in your activity feed.
