Collect with QR / Scan & Pay

Every Boldswitch business gets a unique QR code from day one, so customers can scan and pay in seconds.

Take a QR payment

1. Open Settings, then QR Code, to view or print your code, or show it from the live till screen.
2. The customer opens any Boldswitch wallet or compatible bank app and scans it.
3. They confirm the amount and pay.
4. You get a push notification with the customer name and amount the moment it lands.

Print a QR sticker

Print your code from Settings, then QR Code, and place it on the till or table. Customers can scan it any time without you lifting a finger.

Tip: QR receipts can be generated and shown even on a patchy signal. Settlement needs a brief internet handshake, and Boldswitch retries automatically, so you never lose a payment to a weak network.
