Freeze or unfreeze a card and card settings
Instantly pause a card and manage its settings to keep it secure.

Freezing a card stops all spending instantly, and you can unfreeze it just as fast.
Freeze or unfreeze
- Tap Cards and select the card.
- Tap Freeze to pause it, or Unfreeze to reactivate it.
While frozen, no purchases, subscriptions, or refunds will go through. Unfreezing restores the card immediately.
Manage card settings
From Card settings you can:
- Adjust your spending limit.
- Freeze or unfreeze the card.
- View card details such as number, expiry, and CVV.
Notice a charge you don't recognise? Freeze the card first, then review your transactions and contact us if needed.
