Boldswitch sends real-time alerts so you always know when money moves in or out of your account.

What alerts cover

• Money sent and received.
• Card and payment activity.
• Sign-ins and new-device verification.

Stay on top of alerts

1. Make sure notifications are enabled for Boldswitch in your phone settings.
2. Review each alert as it arrives.
3. If you see a transaction you did not make, change your PIN and contact support@boldswitch.ng.

Real-time alerts are one of your best fraud defences. The sooner you spot something wrong, the sooner it can be stopped.
