Change your transaction PIN

Update your 4-digit PIN whenever you need to.

You can change your 4-digit transaction PIN at any time from your profile.

Change your PIN

  1. Open Boldswitch and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Security.
  3. Tap Change PIN.
  4. Enter your current PIN to confirm it is you.
  5. Enter your new 4-digit PIN, then re-enter it to confirm.

Your new PIN takes effect right away and is required for your next transaction.

Choose a PIN that is hard to guess. Avoid repeated digits, simple sequences like 1234, and dates linked to you.
