Reset a forgotten PIN

Recover access if you cannot remember your PIN.

If you cannot remember your transaction PIN, you can reset it without losing access to your account.

Reset your PIN

  1. Open Boldswitch and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Security, then Change PIN.
  3. Tap Forgot PIN.
  4. Confirm your identity when prompted. This may include an OTP and a re-verification challenge.
  5. Set a new 4-digit PIN and confirm it.

Once confirmed, your new PIN is active immediately.

If the OTP does not arrive, wait a moment before requesting another. Too many quick attempts can trigger a temporary lockout.
