Finding and sharing your account details

Your virtual account details are always a couple of taps away, and easy to share with customers and suppliers.

Find your details

1. Open your account or wallet section in the app.
2. View your virtual account number and bank name.
3. Tap to copy the number to your clipboard.

Share your details

1. Copy the account number and bank name and paste them into any chat.
2. Or share a payment link so the customer pays without typing anything.
3. For a specific stream, share the relevant sub-account number instead.

Tip: Always confirm the customer used the exact number you shared, since transfers to a different bank cannot be recovered by Boldswitch.
