Create and use sub-accounts

Sub-accounts are extra virtual account numbers under your business. You can create as many as you need, each with its own number.

Create a sub-account

1. Open your accounts or virtual accounts section.
2. Tap Create Sub-account.
3. Name it for its purpose, such as a branch, product, or campaign.
4. A new account number is generated instantly.

Use a sub-account

1. Share its dedicated number with the relevant customers.
2. Money sent to it lands in your balance, tagged to that sub-account.
3. Track each sub-account's inflow separately.

Tip: There is no limit on sub-accounts, so create one per branch, event, or product line to keep reconciliation simple.
