Deposit times and troubleshooting

ACH deposits to your USD balance take a little time to settle, so they are not instant.

How long it takes

• A standard ACH transfer settles over a short number of business days.
• Your first transfer can take longer while the bank link is verified.
• The deposit shows as Pending until it clears, then becomes Completed.

If a deposit is delayed

1. Check the status in your transaction history.
2. Confirm the linked US bank had enough available balance.
3. Allow for weekends and US bank holidays, which can extend settlement.
4. If it stays pending well beyond the expected window, contact support.

Tip: Keep the deposit reference so support can trace the ACH transfer quickly.
