What you need to get started

Here's everything you need to open and verify a Boldswitch Business account.

To open your account

• A phone number that can receive SMS (for your OTP).
• A few minutes to set a 6-digit PIN.

For Tier 1 (Starter)

Personal owner identity only:

• Your BVN (Bank Verification Number).
• Your NIN (National Identification Number).

This unlocks daily collections up to about ₦200,000 and a wallet balance up to about ₦500,000.

For Tier 2 (Business)

Your Tier 1 details plus your business documents:

CAC certificate	Certificate of incorporation
Incorporation certificate	Proof your business is registered
MEMO	Memorandum of Association
TIN	Tax Identification Number
Address proof	Utility bill or signed tenancy, under 3 months old

You'll also complete owner KYC: email, BVN, NIN or ID, a selfie or liveness check, and your address.

Tip: Clear, legible scans approve fastest. Make sure names, numbers and dates are readable.
