Set up your PIN and biometrics

Your 6-digit PIN secures sign-in and approvals. Biometrics let you skip typing it each time.

Set your PIN

You create your PIN during sign-up. To change it later:

1. Open Settings, then Security.
2. Tap Reset PIN.
3. Confirm the one-time code we send to your phone.
4. Complete a biometric check, then set a new 6-digit PIN.

Avoid simple sequences like 123456 or your date of birth.

Turn on biometrics

1. Open Settings, then Security.
2. Toggle on Face ID or Fingerprint.
3. Confirm with your device biometric.

Now you can sign in and approve actions with your face or fingerprint, with your PIN as a fallback.

Tip: We enforce a second factor on larger transfers by default. You can tighten or relax that threshold in Settings, then Security, then 2FA.
