Invite your team
Add staff by phone number and assign roles so each person sees only what they need.

Bring staff on board and give each person the right level of access.
Send an invite
- Open Settings, then Team.
- Tap Invite and enter the person's phone number.
- Choose a role: Owner, Manager or Employee.
- Send.
The invitee installs the app, accepts the invite, and inherits the role you assigned.
What each role can do
- Owner — full access, including moving money and changing settings.
- Manager — sees analytics and team activity and can take payments, but cannot move money or remove an Owner.
- Employee — takes payments and prints receipts, but cannot see balances or move money.
Roles are enforced at the database layer, not just in the interface.
Tip: You can revoke access any time from Settings, then Team. Sessions are killed server-side, so access ends immediately.
