How to add money from a US bank (ACH)

If you've reached Tier 2, you can add US dollars by linking a US bank account and transferring via ACH.

Before you start

ACH deposits require Tier 2 verification, which includes a US ID, a US address and income verification. See Verification tiers.

Steps

1. Open the app and tap Add Money.
2. Choose US bank (ACH).
3. Link your US bank account by following the on-screen connection flow.
4. Enter the amount and confirm the transfer.

Amounts and fees

• Opening a US bank account costs a one-time $5 fee.
• The minimum ACH funding amount is $10, with a 1.75% fee on the transfer.

Good to know

• ACH transfers typically take a few business days to settle.
• Make sure your linked bank account is in your own name.
• Keep enough balance in your US bank to cover the transfer.

Tip: ACH is best for larger or recurring USD funding. For instant naira, use a bank transfer.
