Run multiple businesses from one account

You can run up to five businesses on the Business plan from one login, with no cap on the Enterprise plan.

Add a business

1. Tap your business avatar in the top-left of the home screen.
2. Tap Add Business.
3. Walk through the same setup flow as your first business: name, category, and an optional bank link.
4. Confirm. The new business is ready straight away.

Each business gets its own balance, account number, transaction history, team and analytics. They stay fully separated, so money and data never mix between them, but you manage them all from one place.

Tip

Use a clear, distinct name for each business. The name is what you tap to switch and what shows on receipts, so distinct names keep things unambiguous as you grow.
