Submitting your business documents upgrades you from Tier 1 to Tier 2.
What you'll need

| Address proof | Utility bill or signed tenancy, under 3 months old |
How to upload
- Open Settings, then Verification.
- Tap Business Documents.
- Upload a clear PDF or high-resolution photo of each document.
- Submit for review.
Make sure registration numbers, business names and dates are legible. We verify against the CAC registry, usually within one working day.
Tip: PDFs scan more reliably than photos. If you only have a photo, use good lighting and capture the whole document flat.
