Send to another Boldswitch user

Sending to another Boldswitch user is instant and either free or charged a low internal fee.

How to send

1. Tap Send, then choose Boldswitch user.
2. Search by the recipient's username, phone number, or email.
3. Confirm the profile that appears matches the person you want to pay.
4. Enter the amount and an optional note.
5. Review the details and authorize with your PIN or biometrics.

The money lands in the recipient's Boldswitch balance right away.

Why send this way

• It is instant, day or night.
• Internal transfers are cheaper than external bank transfers.
• You do not need the recipient's bank details.

Tip: Ask the recipient for their exact username to avoid sending to the wrong account.
