Setting up your PIN and biometrics

Your transaction PIN authorises payments, and biometrics (Face ID or fingerprint) let you sign in and approve actions quickly.

Set your transaction PIN

You're asked to create a 4-digit PIN when you first sign up. To change it later:

1. Go to Profile → Security.
2. Tap Change PIN.
3. Enter your current PIN, then your new PIN twice.

Turn on biometrics

1. Go to Profile → Security.
2. Toggle on Biometric login to sign in with Face ID / fingerprint.
3. Toggle on Biometric pay to approve payments with biometrics instead of typing your PIN.

If you get a new phone or reinstall the app, you'll re-enable biometrics the first time you sign in.

Important: Choose a PIN that isn't easy to guess (avoid 1234 or your birth year), and never share it.
