Cashback rewards tiers (Bronze to Gold)
Earn cashback on your collections, with tiers from Bronze through Gold.

On the Business and Enterprise plans, you earn cashback on the payments you collect.
How the tiers work
| Tier | Monthly collection volume | Cashback rate |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Entry level | 0.25% |
| Silver | ₦500k to ₦2M | 0.5% |
| Gold | ₦2M and above | 1% |
Cashback is on by default and earned on every eligible collection. Tier promotion is automatic at the start of each new month based on your volume.
Claiming it
Your earnings sit in a separate ledger. Claim them to your wallet at any time, with no minimum.
Tip: Cashback partially or fully offsets your collection fees, so the more you collect, the cheaper each transaction effectively gets.
