How far back
About 90 days of transaction history is available directly in-app. Anything older than that is archived safely off the main view to keep the app fast.
Get archived records
If you need records older than 90 days, the best way to keep them is to export or generate a statement before they roll off the in-app view. To recover archived records after that window, email support@boldswitch.ng with your business name and the dates you need.
Tip: Generate a statement at the end of each month. It takes seconds and means you never have to chase archived records later.
