Export your transactions

You can take your records out of Boldswitch whenever you need them, no lock-in.

Export from the app

1. Open the Transactions tab.
2. Filter to the period or method you want to export.
3. Tap Export.
4. Choose PDF or image.

The file downloads to your device, ready to share by email, WhatsApp or print.

What you can export

• Transaction lists for any date range
• Analytics reports, including income versus expense and cash-flow views
• Individual receipts

Tip: Filter before you export so the file holds exactly what you need, nothing more.

For an official, bank-signed document rather than a raw export, generate a statement instead. See /business/analytics-statements/download-statement-pdf. To narrow what you export, see /business/analytics-statements/filter-search-transactions.
