If you need to freeze your virtual card due to a stolen device, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or simply to pause its use temporarily, follow these simple steps using the Boldswitch app:
1. Access the Card Management Section
On the homepage, click on the Card Icon located at the bottom right. Then click on Manage Card
2. Manage Your Card
Click on Manage Card. You will see several options appear on your screen:
- Transaction Limit
- Manage PIN
- Freeze Card
- Cancel Card
3. Freeze Your Card
Click on Freeze Card. A confirmation message will pop up, asking you to either cancel or confirm the action. Click on the Freeze button.
That’s it! Your card is now frozen and will remain inactive until you unfreeze it.
To Unfreeze Your Virtual Card
If you decide to unfreeze your card, follow the same steps and click on Unfreeze instead of Freeze.
